UP News : फाइलेरिया कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत आज से जनपद में फाइलेरिया मुक्ति अभियान एम०डी०ए०/आई०डी०ए० कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा० नवीन चन्द्रा द्वारा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र बेलाभेला (राही) से किया गया। जिला मलेरिया अधिकारी रमेश चन्द्र यादव द्वारा स्वंय दवा का सेवन करते हुए अन्य पात्र लाभार्थियों को दवा का सेवन कराया गया। कार्यक्रम के शुभारम्भ अवसर पर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र प्रभारी डा० राकेश यादव, प्रभारी जिला स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा अधिकारी डी०एस० अस्थाना, राजेश कुमार मिश्रा वरिष्ठ प्रयोगशाला प्रविधिज्ञ, मो० आतिफ खान मलेरिया निरीक्षक, आकाश द्विवेदी डी०एम०सी० पी०सी०आई० संस्था, अरमान राईनी तथा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र के समस्त कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहें। केन्द्र की समस्त आशा एवं ए०एन०एम० को फाइलेरिया से बचाव के सम्बन्ध में शपथ दिलायी गयी।
इसी प्रकार जनपद के अन्य 07 ब्लॉकों बछरॉवा में अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा० अरविन्द कुमार, खीरों एवं जतुआटप्पा में उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा० अरूण कुमार, हरचन्दपुर तथा महाराजगंज में उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा० शरद कुशवाहा, सलोन में उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डा० अशोक कुमार, डीह में डा० आर०एस० कोठार उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी द्वारा स्थानीय जन प्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों के बूथ से कराया गया। आज बूथ उद्घाटन होने के बाद 11 अगस्त से आशाएँ घर-घर जाकर फाइलेरिया रोधी दवा लाभार्थियों को खिलायेंगी। इस कार्यक्रम की मॉनिटरिंग एवं मोबिलाइजेशन पाथ, यूनीसेफ, पी०सी०आई० तथा सीफॉर संस्था द्वारा की जा रही है।
